Unfortunately, due to staff shortages and changes to delivery services, we are experiencing delays with stock replenishment and delivery times. This is affecting both our next day services and our standard Royal Mail delivery times. We will keep you informed as the situation changes.

ORDERS & DELIVERY

We offer both Royal Mail standard delivery and a next day Courier service in the UK and a worldwide Courier service.

We currently offer two methods of payment:

– Paypal
Add your chosen products to your basket and you will be able to choose your payment method at the checkout.

Yes. Your order is tracked for all delivery services, although the level of tracking is different.
For Courier (UK next day and overseas) deliveries, the parcel is tracked from door-to-door.
For Royal Mail deliveries, we note when the order leaves our premises and receive a notification when it has been delivered – we cannot track the parcel when it is in transit and it may take 3-5 to reach its destination.

We do run special offers intermittently and to let you know we send out emails and social media. We also have banners and pop ups on the site to let visitors know that there is an offer.

There are offers that run exclusively to our email list and social media followers.

Yes, we do have a returns policy that outlines the minutiae of returning goods to us. You can read our returns policy here.

If you have received a notification of dispatch from us, your order is on its way to you and the most common reason for delay is that the delivery service has attempted delivery and no one was home. In this instance, you should receive an attempted delivery card, but if not, please contact your local sorting office and see if they are holding your parcel.
If you have not received the dispatch notification within 72 hours of your order being placed, please contact us at info@provenprobiotics.co.uk or on 01639 825107.

If you have not yet received a dispatch notification for your order, we may be able to change the delivery address – please contact us on 01639 825107 to see if this is possible.
If you have received the dispatch notification, your order has already left our premises and we will be unable to change the address at that point.

No. Once your order has left our premises we are unable to action a cancellation on your order.
If you no longer require the product, please refer to our Returns policy to return the product back to us once you have received it.

That depends on your chosen method of delivery.
If you have chosen our standard Royal Mail delivery service, then they deliver on Saturdays.
If your chosen method of delivery is next day Courier in the UK or Courier service overseas, then your order will be delivered on a business day.

We are located in Port Talbot in South Wales in the UK and all orders are dispatched from our premises.

If you have received an incorrect item, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to arrange a replacement for you.

Yes. We offer a next day courier service on orders placed before 2.00pm GMT Monday to Thursday.
If you order is placed after 2.00pm GMT, it will be dispatched the following day.
All orders placed on a Friday after 2.00pm GMT or on a Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Yes. Orders placed before 2.00pm GMT will dispatched that day. Orders placed after 2.00pm GMT will be dispatched the following day.
All orders placed on a Friday after 2.00pm GMT or on a Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched on the following Monday.

You will receive an email from us stating that your order has been dispatched. 
If you do not receive it, please check your junk or spam folder.

Yes, we offer free shipping within the UK.
All orders to UK addresses over the value of £30 will be sent via a free standard Royal Mail delivery service, which will take 3-5 days to arrive.
Orders to UK addresses for more than £50 placed before 2.00pm GMT will be dispatched on a next day Courier service free-of-charge. Orders for more than £50 placed after 2.00pm GMT will be dispatched the following day on a free next day Courier service. Orders over £50 placed on a Friday before 2.00pm GMT will arrive on the following Monday.
All orders placed on a Friday after 2.00pm GMT or on a Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched on the following Monday.
